Transportation Access in Suginami Ward

Suginami Ward is served by five major train lines: JR Chuo-Sobu Line, Seibu Shinjuku Line, Keio Line, Keio Inokashira Line, and Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line. These lines provide excellent connectivity to central Tokyo.

 

 

Shibuya

Key stations within Suginami, including Koenji, Asagaya, Ogikubo, and Nishi-Ogikubo, are on the JR Chuo-Sobu Line. From Koenji, a direct ride on the Chuo Rapid Line takes just six minutes to Shinjuku. The Seibu Shinjuku Line serves the Iogi area, while the Marunouchi Line runs through Shin-Koenji, Higashi-Koenji, Honancho, and Minami-Asagaya.
 

Direct bus routes also connect Koenji to Shinjuku Station and Eifukucho to Shinjuku West Exit, offering convenient commuting options.

 

 

Setagaya

Neighboring Setagaya Ward offers many popular destinations such as Shimokitazawa, Sangenjaya, and Futako-Tamagawa. Although fewer train lines connect the two wards, the Keio Inokashira Line runs between Eifukucho and Shimokitazawa without transfers.
