Rental Property Cancellation Request Form

• Please note that the notice of contact termination is required to be inform at least one month before the termination date, but this may vary depending on each room.
  Please refer to the details in the lease agreement or important pcints explanation.
• Please make sure to review Section 2 "Lessee's Termination Right" of the lease agreement.
  Also, "The date of termination notice" refers to the date of submission of this "Rental Property Notice form of contract termination".
• The rent for the last month of contract will be calculated on a prorated basis. However, please kindly note that we will temporarily hold the full rent of one last month and refund it together with the deposit later.
• If you have set up automatic rent payment or relative payment, please proceed the cancellation process directly with your financial institution (As we could not take responsibility for this process).
• If you are currently contracted with J:COM, our company could handle the cancellation procedure for you (Free of charge).
• After moving out, we will conduct a room inspection and proceed a process of room cleaning before refunding the deposit.
• If there is any damage or wear and tear inside the property, please indicate them in the remarks section.
• If there is any customer interested in the property, there may be some case that we request an access into the property prior to the termination date. Please kindly understand this.
